4-week Emotional Fitness Class

Starting on Sunday, November 12 at 11:00am in Room 102

Have you or someone you love struggled with emotional health?  

Ben and Jen Mainka are teaching a 4-week course on how to live a life where you can manage your emotions and also how to understand the emotions of others.  This course will help you personally, professionally, and also relationally as you learn practical and biblical truths about how to life a life of emotional health! The classes will meet during the 11:00 service on November 12, November 19, December 3, and December 10.  We will take a break for Thanksgiving weekend, and we look forward to you joining us!
